We are a community led social enterprise based in Govan since 2016, providing workshops and training programs for women in the local community.

Our shop premises on Govan Road provides a culturally safe and supportive place where women can express difficulties and celebrate successes. We are passionate about making a difference for women and girls in our community and aim to inspire them to fulfil their potential by providing tailored and community led creative workshops and training programs.

Personal Support & Fulfilment

Our business programs provide knowledge and expertise from female entrepreneurs and local women, in business start-up, development and growth, encouraging and inspiring one another to succeed in their own ambitions.

Increased Learning

Our workshops, training programs and drop-in classes provide opportunities for skill-building and sharing. We draw on the expertise of the Gilded Lily team, the real-life experiences of a very diverse community of women & girls and invite participation and contribution from various partner support organisations.

Better Connected

Gilded Lily is a place for accessing new connections for self/venture development as well as building friendships, connections, community cohesion and a sense of ownership.

We target women and girls who lack opportunities due to a range of barriers and our workshops/ programs explore topics such as confidence,wellbeing and self-esteem as well as social and environmental issues, through skill-building, education and creative activities.
